Vadivalu is back in kollywood. ending more than two yearrs of his boycott by kollywood, ace comedian vadivelu has started shooting for his upcoming film Gaja Buja Buja Gaja Thenali Ramanum Krishadevarayarum (too loong Title). in order to ensure that his "come back" to tamil films after two years, vadivelu conducted his daughter's wedding as a low key affair last month.
The film, a period flick, is based upon the folklore tales of king Krishna Devaraya and his shrewd and witty minister Tenali Raman. Beauty queen Parvathy Omanakuttan was first apporoached by the makers of the film to pair up opposite vadivelu but as she demanded a hefty sum of Rs.1.5 crores as feem, Sneha ullal was the next choice of the producer but she expressed her desire not to pair up opposite Vadivelu after which Meenakshi Dixit was finalized.
Meenakshi incidentally, starred opposite Viyakanth in his 2010 film Virudhagiri. Yuvraj who earlier directed Potta Potti, would be the director of Thenali Raman.
